I’m just a small videogame developer living in a constant nightmare called Unreal Engine 5. My professor Diego has me enslaved doing a project called “Vertical Slice”. I’ve been without sleep for weeks, because of him, pumped with coffee and energy drinks from sunrise to sunset, praying that I don’t have a heart attack and can continue with the project. I don’t sleep, I don’t eat, I have no social life, I don’t leave the house, I don’t even leave my room, not even to pee. My children? I don’t know, I don’t have any, just like I don’t have hair because of stress, all I have are pills and anxiolytics for depression. And all because of Diego.
